ATHLETIC PACKETS NOW ONLINE

To fill out your athletic packet online click “Registration” in the Navigation bar which will take you to FormReLeaf. Click “FormReLeaf” to begin the process. You can get the physical forms from Coach Pinkney’s office. All forms must be filled out to participate.

Additionally, there is a field on FormReleaf to upload your physical. Please either Scan or Copy your physical and upload it to the system.
